FISH REPORT:

With the recent rain and storms, Halibut fishing has picked up a bit and is expected to get better by the beginnin of the year. Halibut have been reported south of the bay near Torrance Beach, as well as to the north of MDR near Santa Monica and Malibu.  Most fish have been caught in shallow water from 65-15ft, with a 40lb+ flatty topping the scale in recent weeks.
