*HOW TO REGISTER*

  1. Just press the "PRINT FORM" button and print the form when it opens, fill it out and send it along with your check to the address on the form.

  2. You can also press the "DOWNLOAD FORM" and open the form using adobe acrobat reader and then print the form.  If you do not have acrobat reader, you can download it for free by CLICKING HERE!!

  3. You can also register online by pressing the "SIGN-UP ONLINE" button and fill our the form online and pay with a Credit Card or ATM Card.

  4. You can also register at the Fred Hall Show in Long Beach, Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center, 300 E. Ocean Boulevard, Long Beach, CA 90802 from 3/5/2008 thru 3/9/2008

fill it out and mail it in along with your check or money order by 3/25/2008*
